On these single-varietals, we seek the expression of the typicity of each grape, of the fruit, the freshness and the complexity ; just by the richness of the grape harvest and the quality of the terroirs.

The Cabernet Sauvignon is perceived by its power and red fruit.

This Charentan grape variety, Colombard, is planted on "Herbe Sainte", a filtering, draining terroir with an East-West exposure. Usually used in blends, we sell it as a single variety because its vivacity allows us to offer this wine with seafood.

Our Merlot is fresh, smooth with notes of strawberries and aromatic plants.

For the Cuvées Divine Étoile Blanc and Rosé, we have chosen the traditional method of taking the foam in the bottle.

The grape varieties of our Burgundian origins, Chardonnay (for the White) and Pinot Noir (for the Rosé) allow us to obtain two festive, aromatic, fruity wines with a beautiful acidity.

As a fine bubbles lover, we leave the bottles on laths for 12 months so that the bubbles integrate better with the wine. Serve between 8 and 10°C.

Haut de gamme du domaine de l'Herbe Sainte, la cuvée Artémisia provient du cépage  Syrah élevé 12 mois en barrique de chêne Français.

Eclatant de force, délicat et élégant avec un fruit clair et juteux, cette cuvée 100% Syrah  montre une texture très  soyeuse.

D'après son nom latin Artémisia signifie "plantes aux vertus médicinales". On l'appelle plus communément "Herbe Sainte".
