Cinsault - screw cap
To preserve our rosés from oxidation, the grapes are harvested at night.
Our Grenache and our Cinsault are located on the very stony terroir "Los Roumpudos" which is made up of old glacial moraines.
The Cinsault comes from old vines and reveals notes of citrus, grapefruit, fresh fruit, strawberry and nectarine.
Divine Etoile Rosé - Mousseux
For the Cuvées Divine Étoile Blanc and Rosé, we have chosen the traditional method of taking the foam in the bottle.
The grape varieties of our Burgundian origins, Chardonnay (for the White) and Pinot Noir (for the Rosé) allow us to obtain two festive, aromatic, fruity wines with a beautiful acidity.
As a fine bubbles lover, we leave the bottles on laths for 12 months so that the bubbles integrate better with the wine.
Serve between 8 and 10°C.
