On these single-varietals, we seek the expression of the typicity of each grape, of the fruit, the freshness and the complexity ; just by the richness of the grape harvest and the quality of the terroirs.
The Cabernet Sauvignon is perceived by its power and red fruit.

Belle robe grenat sombre. Nez engageant de groseille, cassis, foin, épices fines. Bouche harmonieusement élaborée, corsée, puissante, gouleyante, évoquant le menthol, la garrigue. Structure déjà plutôt fondue, proportions élégantes, du charme.
