Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah are three grape varieties planted on the more or less gravelly soils of our property.
On these single-varietals, we seek the expression of the typicity of each grape, of the fruit, the freshness and the complexity ; just by the richness of the grape harvest and the quality of the terroirs.
The Syrah expresses itself on blackcurrant, spices and black pepper.

Robe pourpre vif, reflets jeunes. Nez net mêlant cerise, prune, fines touches épicées et grillées, dimension minérale. Attaque gourmande, bouche suave, virile, harmonieuse, dont la personnalité sudiste s'accompagne d’une note de chaleur. Réussi !
